• being a “buddy” to go to community outings
• inspiring a person to not only complete their goal but to take this even further to levels they never thought they could ever achieve
• assisting people to discover their family connections and history
• assisting a person to have an understanding of responsibility and commitment
• assisting the organisation with repairs and maintenance
