Community Connector Service

Our Community Connector is available to support people with disabilities or significant health conditions (and their family/whanau) who are currently affected, and who continue to feel the impact of COVID-19, and who live in Hawkes Bay.

We are able to offer support and to connect you to such things as:

Supplying RAT tests and registering the results
Accessing and delivering food and essential items
Supporting your physical and mental wellbeing
Assisting you to connect with other government and community support agencies

This community connector service offers wrap around support to ensure your overall wellbeing is maintained during these very challenging times.

Self-referrals are welcome if you or your family have been impacted COVID-19.

We will also receive referrals direct from the Ministry of Social Development.
